I am a Registered Dietitian and have been practicing in the field of nutrition since 2008.  My passion is to inspire individuals, like yourself, to gain the knowledge needed to make permanent behavior changes to empower yourself and renew your health.  I prescribe to a life filled with vitality and well being.
